To Whom It May Concern:
I can unequivocally recommend the Kendall Life Languages Profile™ as the best approach for creating unified, harmonious, and connectedness in work situations. We have used the 7LifeLanguages™ for the past four (4) years for improving basic communication skills and for team building in all divisions/sections such as patrol, jail, communications, and the mental health warrant division. We have also used the KLLP™ to profile the communication style of all uniformed, non-uniformed, administrative, and clerical persons. We now have better insight into the strengths and weaknesses of those we work with on a daily basis. I have personally used it to help employees with their domestic problems. The 7LifeLanguages™ are applicable to any situation involving one or more people. It has helped me to understand myself most importantly, and then others.
The KLLP™ is the best tool of its kind that has come across my desk in 20 years of being a learner, educator, lawman, and family man. It is simple straightforward and easy to use. The Kendall Life Languages Profile™ and concepts do not label or excuse. It places the responsibility for communication on the person who is willing to communicate and make it easy and clear on how to connect and respect others effectively.
7LifeLanguages™ concepts, materials, tools, and programs have enabled us to enhance our communication skills. The Languages Training on how to De-Escalate can save lives. The Life Languages are also outstanding for mentoring and one-on-one training, supervising, and counseling.
Life Language principles are practical and relevant. The 7LifeLanguages™ Concept applies to everyone who can breathe and needs to communicate. Fred, as you know, I wear many hats and have various job responsibilities, to name a few: Commander of the S.W.A.T. Unit, Dive Team Unit, Hostage Negotiations Unit, and the Missing and Abducted Child Response Unit. I am also a member of Internal Affairs. I found the 7LifeLanguages™ useful in all situations, both professional and personal.
Sincerely,
LT. Ray Leggett
